Prathmesh, a B.E. in Mining Engineering from NIT, Raipur, is a pioneer in the renewable energy sector in India with a demonstrated history of heading and executing large scale solar energy project level over his career spanning more than 30 years. Prathmesh has served at the CXO levels at multiple publicly listed multinational corporations, he has been responsible for having developed solar energy parks amounting to 3 GW and 4 GW already in the pipeline for clients like TATA Power, Jindal Steel Pvt Ltd, Aditya Birla Group, Petronas, ArcelorMittal and many more. His vast experience encompasses managing the complete lifecycle of renewable energy projects ranging from land acquisition, transmission connectivity, initiating and executing PPAs with state owned entities as well as for captive consumption. Engineering-Procurement-Construction (EPC), strategic alliances & joint ventures, bidding and application to Govt. for state owned bidding opportunities. He has also been Involved in entrepreneurial capacity in Solar Industry and has raised Entities which have had a footprint in both Retail as well as utility scale operations, in Developer mode.
HARDESH JAIN

A Civil Engineer from DCE with 22 yrs of Experience in Civil & Structural Engineering with Exposure to Industrial, Residential & Commercial Establishments, Hardesh has also been involved in Interior Designing and Land Acquisition as well, he has been involved in set up of Solar Power Plants in varying capacity and his exposure in terms of Capacity his in excess of 1 GW and has been involved with various reputed organisations Like TATA Power, Avada, ESSEL, Schneider Electric, GE & SoftBank to name a few. Hardesh has garnered immense experience in Setting up utility scale plants, having done the same in various contracting capacities and in varying geographies.
VRUSHABH CHORDIYA

Vrushabh, an Advance Diploma in Software Engineering with over 24 years of experience in land acquisition, government compliances, with an expertise in change of land use documentation for various large corporates and leading organizations. He has also been actively involved in large land bank Development, acquiring permits & NOCs, commencements for residential, commercial and industrial Purpose through his established network consisting of large land bank owners, various social group leaders combined with his impressive project management abilities of overseeing the full chain of operations at every level. His substantial referential bases across the Revenue, legal, Political, Socio-Economic and Bureaucratic spheres of multiple states has resulted in his body of work of efficiently executing renewable energy projects in extremely challenging regions.

Shreeansh, a Cloud Computing Engineer with a Global MBA from SP JAIN INSTITUTE of MANAGEMENT, has worked in mulitple geographies like India(IBM India), Singapore(Siemens EV charging infrastructure) and has led the brand portfolio of leading IT brands like HP, Lenovo, Dell in the Middle East region in the capacity of a brand manager. With a diverse and well-rounded experience at his disposal, is our key resource at development of new business opportunities in harmony with our existing business to create an ecosystem for our renewable energy mission and vision as Sunbreeze.

Subhash, an MBA in Finance, has been spearheading multiple enterprises that boast a portfolio across different verticals like mining, land acquisition, real estate development and pharmaceuticals. His expertise in these fields has helped Sunbreeze attain relevance across different markets while helping to address the energy needs of these different sectors.

Bharath, a distinguished graduate with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and a Master’s in Management from California State University, founded an innovative IT startup in 2016. Based in Arizona, his company expanded rapidly, operating across four countries and serving a roster of Fortune 500 companies. His experience in managing a multinational tech company has endowed him with an acute understanding of global tech trends and the capability to steer diverse teams towards achieving ambitious goals. Now a key member of Sunbreeze, he leverages his extensive expertise in technology and strategic leadership to drive our renewable energy initiatives forward, significantly contributing to our global mission.

Rakesh Kumar is an accomplished professional with an illustrious career spanning 25 years, during which he has held pivotal roles in renowned global companies such as Shell, Walmart, Jio, Exide Battery, and Reliance Petroleum. His educational background includes studies at prestigious institutions such as Delhi University, IBS, and Columbia University. He has truly distinguished himself as a preeminent authority in Real Estate, having facilitated over 100,000 transactions. His profound grasp of project execution intricacies and governmental policies underscores his comprehensive approach to providing holistic solutions to clients. His strategic acumen and operational proficiency have consistently driven exceptional growth, performance, and profitability.

Director with a demonstrated history working in the renewables and environment industry. Skilled in Energy, Customer Service, Renewable Energy, Business Development, and Project Engineering. Strong professional with a Bachelor's degree focused in economics from Rajasthan University. Rahul, the youngest director, has surprisingly rich and varied experience as far as land bank creation and government liaison is concerned, he has an extremely active and reliable network which he can tap in for facilitating and smoothing over any sort of functional glitches prevalent in a project cycle.

AK Gupta, M.Tech from IIT Delhi, is adept at large scale Solar Power Generation Project Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC), Business Development, Project feasibility and Techno- Economic Analysis, Marketing, Acquisition and Execution of large Turnkey Solar Projects & including HVDC, ULTRA/Extra High Voltage(800kV, 400kV) AC Transmission Projects exceeding value of 1000 crores. Executed various Solar Photo Voltaic Power Projects such exceeding 1000 MW. Ajay has executed High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) project (2500 MW) in the capacity of Project In-charge (year 2000 to 2003) along with Acquisition & Execution India’s First 800 kV Sub-station Project and the 2500 MW, +/- 500 kV Mundra-Mohindergarh HVDC Project that was also the First HVDC Project implemented by Private Sector in India.

Currently, he spearheads renewable energy expansion, overseeing compliance, budget management, investor relations, and strategic partnerships. His experience includes leadership at Skyborn Renewables and key roles in solar and wind projects across India. Mr. Jain excels in project management, approvals liaison, and strategic planning, promoting innovation, and reducing the company's carbon footprint. Upholding high ethical standards, he focuses on integrity, accountability, and succession planning for key leadership positions, ensuring the company's sustained growth in the renewable energy sector.

Held Senior Positions at MNC’s Like Citigroup, ING, ICICI while handling SME’s & Large Corporates with products like Trade, Liability, Forex, structured Lending & Fund raising through PE’s. Headed Government Advisory & PPP business in a Boutique Banking firm, advised Central and various state government s on Transaction, with a bias towards PPP structures. Actively associated with NMCG in advisory & Entrepreneurial Capacity. Has managed to gain experience of a decade in Renewable energy through his association with entities and individuals regarded as Industry Experts.

An Industrial Electronics Graduate, having 20+ Years of experience in Solar & Manufacturing Industry, Expertise in Project Development, Project Management, land acquisition and Operations & Maintenance, have executed from concept to commissioning a cumulative of 1000 MW of Solar Project including Ground Mounted and rooftop, Worked earlier with MOSER BAER, Rattan India, ESSEL Infra and Voltas.

A Civil Engineering Graduate from Nagpur, having 23 years of experience in different sectors which include Infrastructure and Power Sector, has worked with renowned companies like Indiabulls Power (RattanIndia Power Ltd.) Essel Group & Voltas Group in Project Feasibility, Project Engineering, Project Construction, Asset Management and Overall Project Management of large Ultra Mega size projects +/- 250MW to 1350MW of Thermal Power Projects and Renewable Energy Solar Projects of capacity from 40MW to 300MW.

VP - WIND DIVISION
Devanand Gorate, an M.Tech in Renewable Energy and oversees strategic wind resource management, developing and implementing optimization strategies, analyzing performance, and collaborating on project planning. He ensures financial accuracy in wind resource projects, manages day-to-day functions, identifies and mitigates risks associated with wind resource availability, and handles treasury and tax planning for efficient cash flow. Formerly the Head of Wind Resource Assessment at Skyborn Renewables India Pvt. Ltd, he boasts 16+ years of expertise, leading teams globally and optimizing substantial wind projects. Devanand's extensive experience includes roles at Evergreen Renewables, Sany Wind Energy, and Mytrah Energy, showcasing proficiency in various wind resource software.
